  • With the air preheater and condensing economizer attached, it is the boiler with the efficiency more than 100% by recovering the latent heat in exhaust gas.
  • With the inverter attached to the blower and the feed water pump, it decreases operating noise a lot and saves consumption power by more than 50% by running motor at a low speed according to the amount of evaporation.
Requiring almost no warranty service, having a long product life
  • Compared to once through boiler, the number of operating blower, feed water pump, and gauges are small and it continuously runs at a low speed all the time, so that failure and warranty service do not occur frequently, and administration and operation is easy.
  • Smoke tube can be replaced more than four times with ease, so it is possible to use it for more than 20 years with normal water treatment.
Low NO x 40ppm
  • With divided flame burner attached, it burns fuel completely with minimum amount of air and re-circulates exhaust gas to maintain the temperature inside the furnace low and reduce production of NOx under 40ppm.
Automatic continuous water supply
  • It provides steam with high dryness and stable water level and pressure, by having feed water system that changes the inverter to change the number of rotation of the feed water pump by detecting the speed change of water level changing according to the amount of evaporation. (water level on-off feed water for once through boiler)
Multi-Control Boiler
  • It exercises performance better than that by 3-digit number of once through boiler by doing multi-control operation by one or two large-capacity boiler(s) according to load variation while operating the blower and feed water pump with minimum usage of electric power according to the amount of steam evaporation.
