Low CO₂ Low Nox Condensing Boiler

1. it will increase the efficiency of steam-using devices and shorten time by increasing dryness of steam by proportional consumption control and continuous feed water type against change of pressure according to load

4. Structure that heat transfer surface is large (5 times larger than that of once through boiler), quantity of water is large (20 times larger than that of once through boiler) makes product life long, replacement of smoke tube easy, and makes it possible to use it for 10 to 20 years.

Multi-tubular Once Through Boiler

1. Opening the steam valve, boiler pressure drops, water leaks, dryness goes bad, so that steam using devices cannot work properly. (Cannot respond to load variation)
2. It goes Hi-Low-Off in two-digit times an hour, five-digit times a year, has many failures (A/S) due to multi-tubular installation, increases fuel and operating electric power consumption at ignition/stop purge.
3. Noises created by more than ten boilers such as purge ignition operation noise of the blower before ignition and after termination, noise of the burner, noise of cycle operation of the feed water pump may make the operator want to leave the place.
4. Small heat transfer area with a small quantity of water is sensitive to water treatment (scale), so pipe burst frequently occurs.
