DAP-18

pH control - pH control is crucial to prevent the boiler corrosion. Minimizing corrosion can be achieved by controling the pH of the boiler water. (Maintain the optiimal pH within the range between 11 and 11.8)
Prevention of scale accumulation - Boiler compound reacts with elements that bring about hardness and settles them down, and then eject them externally during blowdown.
Prevention of Carry Over - Defoamer is added to DAP-18 to prohibit foam creation on the surface of evaporation zone and thus to prevent problems because of scales in heat exchanger, superheater and steam lines.
It is applicable to all types of boilers such as industrial and food processing as well as humidificational, as all materials are produced under the standard of an appropriate material and ratio.

Prevention of scale accumulation

Prevention of scale accumulation by hardness components (Ca2+, Mg2+) DAP-18 reacts with hardness components and settles it down, and then ejects it externally during blowdown. Prevention of scale accumulation by silica It maintains proper pH and alkalinity of the boiler water to turn insoluble silica components into soluble sodium silicate, preventing it from changing into scales.

Anti-Corrosion

It minimizes corrosion by the complex functions such as maintaining the proper pH of the boiler water, removing dissolved oxygen, and creating thin film on the surface of ironic material.

Scale dispersion

It prevents scale accumulation by finely dispersing scale crystal with high-polymers, high-purity dispersant added. Its scale accumulation preventing performance is excellent as it disperses scales even in case of hardness leakage, influx of iron into feed water.

Prevention of Carry Over

Carry Over phenomenon can be disappeared by increasing the amount of blowdown when concentration of total solids in the boiler water is high. DAP-18 including defoaming agent prevents creation of air bubbles on the surface of evaporation zone and thus is effective for preventing scale problem in heat exchanger, overheater, and steam line.

Compatibility for various purposes

All raw materials are manufactured in accordance with the standard for food additives and appropriate proportion, so it is applicable to all kinds of boilers such as industrial, food manufacturing, and moisture humidifying.
