  • Fuel consumption was based on the net heating value.
    (Light Oil: 10,300 kcal/kg, LNG: 11,000 / 10,000 kcal/Nm3, LPG + AIR: 15,400 / 14,500 kcal/Nm3, Propane: 24,350 / 22,400 kcal/Nm3, Butane: 31,840 / 29,500 kcal/Nm3)
  • Gas supply pressure and the standards of use: low pressure(200mmAq), up to 600,000 kcal/hr of gas
  • Height of the expansion pipe should be higher than the circulation pump lift.
  • Use the insulation flange in case that expansion pipe is made of copper.
  • Set the circulation volume based on the table, and if the volume is large, adjust the amount by using the valve.
  • If pressure loss of the heat exchanger is higher than the table, adjust the amount of circulation, or through by-pass.
  • Vertical type up to 300,000 kcal/hr, Horizontal type for more than that.
  • Install a strainer by all means on the circulation pump line.
  • The above specification table can be unexpectedly changed in order to improve performance.
